At ReVibe Zen, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ReVibe Zen account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
